Anyone considered an appeal to the South Australian Civil & Administrative Tribunal?
One of the Tribunal's roles is to review gvt. decisions on their merits to decide if they were right. This kind of review is known as a "merits review". Cheaper than going directly to the Supreme Court.
The Tribunal follows a relatively informal procedure and if its decision has to be appealed, this can be done to the Supreme Court of South Australia within one month from the Tribunal's decision.
This information is distilled from a Google search and is not my own.
I do not hold shares in TZN but am indirectly interested by virtue of my holding in MXR which was to have enjoyed royalties from BIH.
