You would have to be nuts to invest in anything in South Australia, with deeply embedded Labor and Greens.
It comes as no surprise to me that this was refused. They are a bunch of Vino alcoholics. Their winery areas are nothing to write home about, on tatty unkempt roads, and neglected surroundings.
Even the Shahin family (of OTR petrol station fame in SA) sold up recently. The writing is on the wall for SA.
