The reasons why the FDA has made it so hard, is for 1 simple reason and not many investors are aware of this, even those investors at MSB.

In the early 1970's (71-73), the USA went through a massive FLU pandemic. The government at that point in time, made BP to make a vaccine, for the FLU.
The only problem with this, was that trials where missed and the green light was given to fast track a cure.

So BP had to cut corners and get the vaccine out and into peoples body.

The only problem was that, the government started to see a percentage of people ended up getting Guillain Barre Syndrome (G.B.S).

So from that point in time, the government decided that, before any drug, can get approved and released to market, stringent trials must occur, before any thing's get approved and sold on the market.

So as I mentioned above, a certain company, that in early August, they where asked by the FDA to carry another human trial, before they got approval.
It makes me cry that investors, where blaming the the FDA, because of the set back by the FDA, it show's that research is your number 1 friend, just like @Davisite, said multiply times, measure 5 times and cut once.

So every time I read HC posters and see investors saying approval is a sure thing and share price rocket ship, just makes me angry, because in life nothing is a sure thing.

But I will say and I am glad, for any company, who manages to sure FDA approval, you know for sure that they have not taken any short cuts.

The reason why I know about GBS, is that 13 years ago I contracted GBS and remember at the time doing research into GBS.

Except for the clot shot!!!! FDA is as corrupt as all the other 3 letter organisations coming out of the USA. WHO, CIA, FBI etc.....

There is a reason BP is exempt from liability $$$$$
