Just trying to piece this all together.
If pharma was in talks with RAC before DCB, during his time at RAC, and still now. Is it safe to assume that the strategy update during DCB's tenure was positioned for said pharma?
And any discussions that are held now, are most likely with an alternative pharma? (Why would the board approve a strategy that didn't align with the intentions of the pharma they were in discussions with? And if DCB is gone due to said strategy, then the updated strategy must be different in some aspect)
Peter Smith wears many different hats. How much time can he commit to RAC at such a critical time? RAC really is at a crossroads right now. Do you take the long road and try to validate the drug yourself and hope for a better commercial outcome, or hand the drug over to a larger entity (for what some may say is cheap) and hope it is proven successful and given to patients sooner?....
