Can you (or anyone) clarify if the disease was introduced to the mice on day 0, and that's why all mice look worse after 14 days than they did at 7, because the disease is working its way through the body?
Is so, I get how DAC+ZAN can be seen as successful by Day 21 as it's clearly starting to reduce compared to Day 14(obviously the disease works quicker than the cure). What I still don't get is the apparent disparity between the results from the graphs and the bioluminescence slides. The graphs show ZAN by itself being more effective than DAC by itself whereas the bioluminescence seems to show ZAN as having no effect at all by itself. So does this also mean that we're pursuing DAC+ZAN not just because it's the quicker pathway, but because ZAN alone has very little, to no efficacy?
