So what I take from that is:
5mg of Zantrene wasn't effective, but 10mg was. If the mice had been given 10mg from the start then the ZAN would show as being more effective here, but in any instance, DAC+ZAN10mg is more effective than any other combination, showing a reduction in tumor burden that no other combination manages.
