1. Decitabine induces FTO over expression.
2. FTO inhibition overcomes acquired resistance.
3. Bisantrene is a potent FTO inhibitor.
Also Oncolines is an RNA specialist so I would be dumbfounded if FTO levels were not measured.
Keeping Astex as a punter on any bidding wars.
