    Patent been discussed many times in fact MM discussed this very issue in last Horizon Biotech webinar. HIV1 patent will have extensions available 4 years + up to another 5 years = 9 years extension. Not to mention additional patents for immunomodulation (PCT). Most of the scare tactics written here is just ill-informed amateurish garbage.
