Just remember the
K18-Human ACE2 Transgenic Mouse Model is as good as a human trial. Success here almost infers success in humans. We also get to skip phase 1 and 2a trials since that has already been done. Side effects were minimal and dropouts did occur but we were using the Hep C HIV positive IV drug user cohort and so lost to follow-up was high as opposed to dropping out due to side effects.
