No, Copulos sold to allow a number of insto's onto the register, who then conerstoned and participated further in the placement. He needed to give up some of his position to allow the register to begin to be institutionalized. These are the groups that will help take us to the $1+ promise land.
My expectation is that we will likely see Posco further participate in the final funding package for the company. The placement turnaround time would have likely been too tight for Posco to deal into.
