I'll be saving some dollars. BKW has been a great performer of late. However, housing approval rates have dropped to record lows (decade year lows). Interest rates are still rising, Coal demand will moderate (SOL) coming out of the European winter. And with all of those factors at play, BKW has been trading right up there.
Time to have some money on the sidelines and wait for a nice re-entry point into BKW.
