I've owned it since 2018 and often thought of selling at it's highs. Never did thankfully.
I just continue to buy the dips and accumulate. Hopefully I'll hold forever.
I think at this valuation the yield is very low. And they only increase the dividend extremely conservatively. I wouldn't mind if they started to ramp up the dividend a bit more.. at least it's reliable.
