Thanks, I've been researching a bit the last few days while doing some other work and found a fair bit I like. The diversification through WHSP is nice, it appears they've been expanding into North America a fair bit since I last checked.
My concern is the property side of this, which is quite vulnerable to a number of factors going on in the world at the moment on top of interest rates. Would anyone have more detailed info around why this should worry me less? I've been reading the annual reports for the last few years to try and get a gauge of this.
