I am assuming R.M. = Robert Milner. And I agree with your polite comment about his 'green' outlook. Absolutely void of any hint of green and it would be a huge about turn if he 'converted'. I would say that the advisers have finally convinced him that there is money in them thar green hills.

The URB fiasco I have always thought was a monumental stuff up by 'the kiddies' trying to flex their independence in the dynasty and dad said enough is enough. I am still trying to ease out of that without too much pain.

I have to think the prezzo was for the states to garner support and they only need a few big wigs out of 1000's that there would be in the states to make it work out. As long as they have employed their usual methodical process in th ebuy up and rollout in the brick sector, like knowing the oppositin and enemy it should be o.k. BUT it is another big fish from a small pond taking on the sharks in huge pond so I will remain with fingers crossed on that outcome.
I often wonder what SOL/BKW have done to be able to maintain their softly softly presence of BKW in the market.
But thats why I am on a keyboard and not on the SOLboard
