Hmmm couple of thoughts.

A lot of people here - including me - get a bit irritated that TLX isn't given more value for its late stage products. At least when there's a setback it means the price doesn't fall off as much. That's how it looks at the moment at any rate.

My reading of the situation - because hey like I'm an expert - is that this is not a major disaster. My personal timeline for them getting approval was November, I thought any earlier than that was a real bonus. I don't know of that's still possible, I suspect maybe more February-March next year.

I suspect hard-nosed analysts might look at the EU situation as a bit of a precedent and say TLX has a bit of a problem with this stuff, I think that's a bit harsh but I can understand that point of view.

Fortunately the company's doing the right thing in "damage control" - getting out and talking about it right away. I could name other companies that could do the same.
