i won't call it a Quasi-Upgrade
but
since no other issues apart from this technicality which will be rectified
you would have to be pricing in a probability now, of a Monopoly in Zircaix albeit ... maybe a couple of months later.
or in time for the new USA Medicare changes
at moment, Zircaix not priced in at all
