Just remember that nothing is cast in stone. They're just standing down for now re- their full takeover ambitions, which have been thoroughly thwarted. However, that doesn't mean they will never have another crack for, say, a controlling stake (min 51%) at some stage down the track.

Or they may just pack up and go home... (oh, I am just too funny. Like that's gonna happen any time soon.)
