    The options are not for long-term / existing holders. The options are for the new shares as part of the CR.

    Given the existing track record of missing every target and extending timelines, John and the BOD should get on the front foot and reduce expenses, and cut salaries to make sure this 5M doesn't get wasted and we are back raising more money at depressed prices.
