Many investors have confidence that the debt process is imminent, & with POSCO's financial commitment. Ideally, POSCO needs to secure its supply chain to the new processing plants under construction & have contracts to supply battery materials to Battery Gigafactories under construction (& many are due to come online in the next 2 years) in US, EU, Korea & across the region, etc.
The stock analysis video also mentioned that the natural graphite price was down & hence the share price is discounted heavily.
