Ann: Black Rock Exceptional drill hole assays return 16% TGC, page-8

i note the grades of the drill results with BKT as high as 15% but this is in one ,albeit, small location and the rest of the readings are mid to lower range, ie: 11-12% but not of large flake quality types, so can someone please explain to me why would this potential graphite miner be worth more than say, LML for instance as they have a far better grade of graphite, and are soon (2016) to be extracting same, yet bkt wont be mining their discoveries yet for quite some time i imagine, and in an africa jurisdiction too.
