    A bit of excitement today to see a new ann from BKT, but quickly dissipated because it wasn't about term sheets or finance.

    JDV comment in today's ann:

    "...but critically, this Agreement represents an important de-risking milestone for our potential lenders as part of finalising our project debt for Mahenge."

    It's an non-binding MOU for 6000tpa/347,000tpa = 1.7% of forecast total graphite production from Mahenge, so I can't see how this an important de-risking milestone for anyone.
