Volume this morning now makes sense. Seems like a few people were across.
I’d be still very hesitant to call it a done deal until the ink has dried. One thing though is, at least we can all “hit up” the minister on IG ~ week if it’s not signed.
Looks promising regardless, hopefully by the end of next week JdV is spending a few days relaxing in Zanzibar to celebrate.
