Aussie i reckon we will need the financing structure and approval to break all time highs again, but Urbix with strong links to the American market where graphite is not secured for the ev revolution has 150 days to talk to its clients i.e Car manufacturers to secure a prepayment and guaranteed offtake agreement for our graphite which Urbix fully endorse 100%. If the deficit and lack of supplies and our qualification is backed by Urbix is true this should be a no brainer for the big Car manufacturers in the US. The banks will be onboard for sure. Id like to think Urbix will have this sorted by in next few months , banks by xmas and construction next year. It may be a little later than expected but with these recent announcements the game has changed. The benefit is the price will rally upon and Urbix announcement and equity will be done higher than here to the benefit of all is the way i see it.

Under the Agreement, the parties have 150 days to satisfy conditions precedent. Thereafter the parties have a further 45 days to enter into final binding agreements.
