From that Feb announcement they say it's open along strike if that goes anywhere toward answering your question.
If we do progress M1 and M2 without additional CAPEX costs for the additional module for shareholders, then opportunity to buy under 24c (last CR price) will be a distant memory (too rampy?), or at least definitely on track to breakthrough the initial selling pressure around that level, before ATH of 33c comes into sight.
Very welcome news, and looks like I'll need to raise my orders.
