Interesting that i think it was tanzanian abassador and others visit BKT in perth over 10 days ago, as posted on twitter from tanzanian embassy in japan.
But BKT only posting it today. Hopefully it was a meeting to celebrate and discuss moving on to start construction. 10 days is plenty of time for bkt to gets documents sorted to announce finance.
