Am I right to understand the shares can be issued to POSCO at any price (ie regardless of the share price of BKT at the time) so long as the number of shares issued represent less than 19.99% of BKT? So basically, assuming no share issues between now and the POSCO share issue, POSCO will subscribe to very approx 117M shares. The price has to be lower than very approx US34c per share. So it is up to BKT management to negotiate the highest price for the shares issued to POSCO.
