Why the signing ceremony? It seems obvious to me. There are 10 Asians in the photo, presumably all part of the Posco delegation. So yeah, Posco sent a team of 10 over to Tanzania to sign a MOU with their partner BKT. It shows how serious they are about this deal with BKT for long term Graphite supply. If I were trying to convince the lenders to fund this project, thats exactly the image I'd want going out.
