It seems more bad news to me than good. I am not a holder and just trying to interpret the announcement. In my opinion, the deal doesn't discuss any price, so if the price goes down then 40mil invested at a lower price will be bad for Long Timers. If the price goes up, then less dilution. So If I were to suggest, then keep the sp high to get a better deal. but reality seems the opposite. They should give numbers when the deal is done. Not sure what to take from this if negotiation is going on. One thing is for sure, Graphite miners are not in a good position to bargain, it seems. Not everyone though.
