Not surprised BKT gets the bill, if they didn’t have an existing feeder running that way it becomes customer initiated capital. On the bright side, green-fields (don’t know if the term makes sense applied to Tanzania but that’s what we call it here) work is a lot easier than upgrading existing network infrastructure. Will keep some transmission crews going for a few months once the engineers draft up some plans, the towers and conductors will go up quickly once all is signed off.
