We all know how low CAPEX this is and all know it's under $50M to get going and all that, but unless they do the FINAL FINANCING which needs offtakes in place first this won't start. Read the repetitive statement always made "Until Financing" "Its all about the financing" etc etc. They even stated this project will not be complete up to 6 months AFTER FINAL FINANCING... statements like this have been made for last 2 years.... Just do the deals already... SheeeZZZ
