    I tend to agree with Col ... adding black swan is a game changer, yes it is, and it also appears to mean that production is pushed into 2015.

    I hope it's nothing but the announcement says that Cerebus ore is compatible with Black Swan and doesn't mention the main mine at D, E and F shoot. This would have a material impact on timelines.
