Likely to dry hire a fleet and operate as owner miner. All of the infrastructure (roads, ROM pad etc) is set up for smaller gear and the pit is small so it would make sence that the gear would need to be small (remember, small is a relative term). My guess would bein the 80 to maybe as high as 150t range. The material at Black Swan is surprisingly abrasive and hard on gear as well, not the typical talc type material at Mt. Keith.
The early days of Mt. Keith were at a lower strip ratio but they still used big gear. Remember, the big cost in mining a pit is not usually mining the ore, it is mining the waste
