The BHP tolling deal has not yet been done! Who knows if it will be! Unless Nickel West gets sold BHP may shut doors for now! This must be the spanner in the works! As if a tolling deal is done with Leinster that will cut costs for transport and open up 600000t of processing power at Black Swan! There are many ways this can play out what the final outcome to start this adventure is will be anyones guess!
