I'd like to see an announcement on finance before too much longer. That's what's holding the SP back. At the moment it all looks good on paper, but without finance, it just stays on paper unfortunately.
If they come up with another announcement of an acquisition, or tolling or whatever else it should be accompanied with a plan on how this entire thing is going to be structured and financed. Otherwise it will start to look as though they are biting off more than they can chew and the whole plan will start to look complicated and potential financiers will get gun shy.
I'd like to see an announcement on finance before too much...
