I must have missed that 1T since I only listened to the corporate section.
I actually prefer a CR prior to FID. Lets provide the offtaker with some confidence in being able to re-pay the debt capital.
I am thinking a 1.5c to 2.5c CR.
Pre-FID funding can be periious.
Who is guarantor - certainly not the board as there is no FID.
Maybe some 'private equity firm"?
