that would mean they actually squat and exert some force and produce something that can be measured.
they have spend millions and no closer to producing any revenue from nickel mines.
This is turning into one those abusive relationships, where one stays in the hope the partner would change.
As usual, the abusive partner (in this case POS management) make a lot false promises...and will never change.
I guess the fault really lies with investor for supporting them by participating in CRs.
Its time for POS to divorce PH.
