In CBD a heritage listed property is a liability (costing POS $8 million a year for care and maintenance) while an empty block of land is an asset. .. Both Windarra & Magie Hays are flooded mines (Liability worth $50 million dollars each, total $100 million liability) while Black Swan is low grade mine. If POS was a quality asset why would AF sell down his stake from 25% down to now 3%
