No one want to start a plant up now it would be near impossible . The painful thing for me is this was obvouis at least two years ago and any CEO worth a pinch of salt would have been aware , Expecially with people telling him . Now in a position where i believe it is viable to operate but will be harder to get extra funding in this market and near impossible to find the trades and personal to run it , even the long term operators are cutting back due to lack of workforce which is underpinned by by lack of housing .
Sound like to me someone is angling to get a cut of that gov funding by getting POX plant at BS and trying to bring a big fish in so full camp and plant can be established in the future.
