I cannot believe that this problem couldn't have been solved in the timeframe they have available. Even if not, they could just decide that its Q4 CY24 and get moving. In my view it wreaks of a diversion
Its hard to see how one of the reasons given justifies an indefinite postponement. I wonder if they really had 30 parties express interest given they cant do a deal?
