RNU getting 60% (from memory) debt covered funding for their plant build from the Dutch ECA - I assume as a Dutch company building their plant.
All BEM management need do is follow that easy path and that goal should easily be achievable IMO. Which makes this a v strong hold with a 4 year timeline in mind IMO - MC could be anything as they expand capacity from the start up.
