Unfortunately, the ‘in the know’ are always there in spec stocks. It is either the inner circle of the driller or lab technician or broker.
As we understand the CR things to get announced, the broker needs to agree for the capital raise meaning the broker does know in advance than us and it is up to the broker (especially people working for that broker) do not divulge the information between the time from the company approached for the cr and they agree to go ahead with cr and ultimately the cr announcement.
