Noticed a few typo’s in BEM’s graph of other projects. They report RNU’s pre tax IRR of 33% which is false as dated in the July DFS, RNU reports a post tax IRR of 33%, so realistically it should be a pre tax IRR of about 44%. They state that RNU’s NPV is approx US $499 million when in fact it is approx US $540 mill. Additionally, in the slide below it states that they received RNU’s announcement in July 2021, which we all know is not true, but that might be a simple typo.

GLTAH though, project looks amazing and BEM’s market cap has a long way to grow based on their flake size distribution, their commitment to commence production by calendar year 22 and securing off takes this year, just hopes they could have provided accurate information when completing peer comparisons.
