So... BlackEarth is buying graphite concentrate/ graphite products from LuxCarbon so that it can satisfy its MOU with Urbix? That's how I'm reading this announcement... they're reselling graphite concentrate/ products and they're doing this because their Madagascar operation is not yet developed/ producing? If so, not sure if the SP action today is justified...
