I think you're missing the point here. The announcement says BEM will source concentrate with Luxcarbon from a worldwide source in a defined location. I bet its a great lcoation. They then use this concentrate to provide to Urbix AND commence their own downstream operations. Luxcarbon will then help sell for them their downstream product. A very clever strategy in my mind.
And I reckon a JV processing plant in Germany would be a logical and brilliant plan. Unlike many other groups they now appear to have the complete supply chain sorted and largely because the guys behind this have experience with developing and actually selling Graphite.
This will also underpin the development of their site very quickly.
I think you're missing the point here. The announcement says BEM...
