    Yes,
    That is a very interesting point for a company, which albeit is well advanced on the path to near term production, is still essentially in the exploration/developement stage.
    A very strong indication of confidence ???
    To me, at the very least it displays a strong focus on returning value to shareholders, and that's always a very good thing!
