The SO4 announcement might have been great news if BLK was trading at 20 cents. Most shareholders are probably looking at the current SP being a couple of pips above the Jan'18 CR of 4 cents & feeling less than enthused: 10 months have passed & the SP has gone nowhere. Response might be different after the Williamson pit has been de-watered & BLK have posted successive high production quarters with low production costs.
