    BSX is providing exploration services to the govt and once the results are in BSX will apply for the exploration licence over the tenements if the potential is confirmed.

    As BSX is outlaying capital to provide these services you have to assume they will be given priority in gaining the licences.

    it would make little sense for others to get involved given our established position which includes existing infrastructure, close govt and community relationships etc
