    Ive been watching BSX for a couple weeks and am probably going to buy the dip today. Can anyone tell me how the hell this is only $160m market cap? I see the initial capital cost is very high and it is classed as a high environmental risk which could slow down any progress and hurt financing possibilities, but the IRR seems insanely good.
