It is ridiculous to consider the Vietnamese Government would either leave the resource at Chim Van undeveloped for a moment longer than absolutely necessary during these times of need. It is also ridiculous to think any company other than the one with the working concentrator, plant, workforce and equipment and only battery cathode precursor refinery in the country would be given the project to develop. There's a lot of pessimism about which is perfectly understandable, when we're on the brink of world war 3. Everything is changing.
