2. Spot Case Post-tax NPV8 of US$3.51bn and internal rate of return (IRR) of 98% (refer Table 4)
On two trains.
Upstream Pre-feasibility Study intergrating the Downstream refinery
Base Case Post-tax NPV8 of US$1.99 IRR of 47%
So am I wrong in reading the Upstream adds 363 CAPAX and reduces total NPV for security of supply?

if they can get 3rd party feed.
They have not discounted the %10 for the Upstream...
LOM will no doubt grow once the other targets are in.... Ban Khoa DSS maybe another year
Once the Downstream gets diluted with funding how much is there really left for blackstone shareholders?
